Merge PDF

Combine multiple PDFs into a single file. Drag them in, reorder with the arrow buttons, and download the merged PDF in seconds.

🔒 Files are processed in memory and removed immediately — nothing is stored on our server.

Why merge PDFs?

Reports that arrive as separate chapter PDFs, scanned pages split across multiple files, invoices and receipts you want in one bundle — combining them into a single PDF makes them easier to share, print, and archive. Our merger preserves bookmarks, hyperlinks, and metadata wherever possible, so your combined file feels native, not pieced together.

Frequently asked questions

Can I choose the order of merged PDFs?

Yes — every row in the file list has ▲ and ▼ buttons to move it up or down. The final PDF follows the list order.

How many PDFs can I merge at once?

Up to 20 per batch, each up to 50 MB.

Do bookmarks and links survive the merge?

In most cases, yes. Complex interactive forms may lose some functionality — test with your specific file if forms are critical.

Is the merged file compressed?

The merge operation itself doesn't aggressively compress. After merging, run the result through our Compress PDF ↗ tool to slim it down.
